We went out and ran the errands we needed to get done and then came home and I took the meat out for dinner.
I have the oven preheated. Tonight we are having applewood smoked bacon pork loin, rice, garlic bread and corn. I thought I had mashed potatoes, but it turns out I don't. So that's kind of a bummer.
I think I am going to make cupcakes afterwards, depending on how I feel after dinner.
I was surprised (pleasantly of course) when I just opened my laptop to post this and saw that I've jumped nearly a dollar on my bank between yesterday and this morning. So that's nice.
Maybe this month I will remember to add my PayPal for payment next month LOL.
I'll add pictures after we are done cooking! LOL.
