Rachel Maddow inspires me to Propose a Vigilance-Force (to counter the Vigilante Forces she warns us about)

Rachel Maddow Re-re-(re-)ports that Republicans are sinking incredibly low to "protect" their offices. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eip9VNeI1oI First, she brings up (and updates us on the legal proceedings on) the voter-intimidation campaign(s) of recent years ... what we need to know: mail-in voting puts you on NO lists, gives you NO random vaccines, puts you in NO danger of imprisonment ... And she tells us about armed people (Republicans?) who stand watch at vote-dropboxes to intimidate people who might dare to do their democratic duty. She tells us that lawsuits have been brought up against those vigilantes, but I think we need to review the loitering-laws (in order to make citizens' arrests against voter-vigilantes). What suggestions would you think-of?
