Went to get yesterday's mail...

Since I didn't go to get the mail yesterday, I went to get it today--taking about 10-15 minutes extra to walk after I got the mail, so altogether I walked 25-30 minutes.
I took the cane that my neighbor lent me, and while I was out, I ran into (not literally) a neighbor I know who was out walking her sweet girl doggies. While I was talking to her she said
"Oh, I have something for you--it's just something small--my boyfriend found it at his work."
She went up to her apartment and got the little "thing" and gave it to me--that's for another post. 
We talked for a little more, then she said she had to finish walking the dogs, and do something for her work, so she went her way, and I headed home. My knee started to feel a little weak. I was glad I got a bit of a walk in, though.
The gal I talked to suggested calling the Health Center again to ask my questions, as "They may have forgotten." So, while I don't think they forgot, I'm on the phone on hold.
I'm going to do a couple of the exercises the doctor gave me, and wait until someone answers the phone, after which I'll post about the "thing" my neighbor gave me.

Oh, lots of mails there , I wish I can recieve mails again too its been a qhile since I recieved one .

At least there were no bills. Have you ever had a pen pal? One reason I've done that is so I'll get mail that's not bills or junk.

Oh you are correct atleast not bills letter. Durin my time and teen age years the 90's no interrnet yet, registered and regular airmails . No I havent tried having a penpal

It seems like us that are a lot more injured (to us) get less time spent with us than the people that are "Check and Check Out's" or the simple cases that need a prescription. I got short shift on my ankle and informed that I HAVE TO go to physical therapy. My ankle was so painful this morning that I ended up ace wrapping it.
Knees take forever to heal because we have to walk on them, or at least use them for balance. It's the same with ankles too. Of course, my adventures in shopping didn't help much either. All we can do is suffer and wait. My heart is with you though. Need someone to do your grocery shopping?
