After I got home from getting the mail, I checked my phone for messages.
????
Therapy? What therapy? It would have been nice to know I was supposed to go to therapy.
I called the Health Center, and the young lady I spoke to said the one who ordered therapy for me was the first doctor that I saw about my knee. Huh. She said she'd let him know I had a question and have him call me back.
I looked up free rides to medical appointments, as the therapist I may see is in the next town, I don't drive, and Lyft is expensive.

@BarBaraPrz Well, I've tried getting ahold of the PT people to make an appointment, but they haven't gotten back to me, and I started trying weeks ago (this was posted in November and December is now nearly over). I guess I'll try again next year.

No other option for therapy? I think it's necessary to have it for you to recover from your hurting knee.

I would start with your insurance company. Many of them offer a free or reduced service for those who can't or don't drive. Though, unless you drove with hand controls, I don't think driving (if you did) would be good for that knee.

Same problem I have to deal with trying to find a ride to a medical appointment if the clinic is located far away from home due to the fees in hiring a taxi ride.
