Yesterday, we had the very sad news that there was an assassination attempt against Imran Khan the ex-Prime Minister of Pakistan Luckily he survived but he had two bullets hitting his feet. Imran was taking a long march in protest against his removal and asking for fresh elections and then this attack took place.
This is unfortunate news but after going through the history of Pakistan I find that almost all the leaders have either been assassinated, shot dead hanged, blown up by terrorists, or sent into exile.
It started with Liaquat Ali khan who was shot dead in 1951. He was the first Prime Minister of Pakistan it was followed by the hanging of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto by the Pakistan army. After that, there is an endless list. It appears like the land of Hades which is ruled by Pluto.
I sincerely hope that this politics, violence, and killing ends but as things stand it does not appear likely at the moment. One fact remains that Imran khan is the most popular leader in Pakistan at the moment and many would like to see him removed from the scene so they can breathe.

It came as a shocking news. Nothing much is clear about it much right now. Pakistan has been in sad state of political affairs in very long time. We can only hope and pray for the country. Common men everywhere are the same and they all wish for a good stable government and economic prosperity.
