I can hear the MONSTER

Yes, that's right a monster. I can hear her moving, crawling, eating and doing funny things. Yes funny funny things. LOL So where is this MONSTER? It is inside my ear right now. In my right ear to be exact. I guess this is a worm LOL A worm injected by the mother FLY. I can really hear clearly it is moving inside my ear. I tried pouring water inside my ear three times but all failed. So how to remove this MONSTER? LOL
