I can't think of anything else to say. I got through, and the gal on the phone asked for my name and date of birth, and I gave it to her, and she kept saying, "Hello?" like she couldn't hear me. I said repeatedly, "Hello, can you hear me?" but I don't think she did, so I hung up and started over again. This is so not a good day for phone calls!
