It's white people taco night! There's a song on TikTok and YouTube by a band called Lewberger called White People taco night and if I remember when I get done writing this post I will link it. Anyway, here in the states people have adopted Taco Tuesdays. We rarely make tacos on Tuesday, but it just happened to work out this week. So I made beef tacos. He child got hard, the rest of us got soft. Well actually she child got one hard and one soft. It was simple, taco meat, shredded cheese, sour cream. I also made Mexican rice to go with them. I took a picture of she child's plate, and as you can see she had apple sticks with hers as well. I try to make sure she gets a fruit or veggie with just about every meal. I had an egg white & turkey sausage “breakfast sandwich” for dinner, along with yogurt and an apple.

YUM. That sounds good too. I just made the menu for tomorrow. We are having pigs in a blanket, scalloped potatoes and corn.

Tonight for dinner we had fried chicken we picked up from In town with mashed potatoes and gravy and corn it was very yummy. When we have tacos we have hard I like both.

Those tacos looks tasty. It’s been a very long time I made tacos. I have a friend from Mexico and she has taught me lot of Mexican rice and salsa recipes. I love Mexican rice. And their Mexican tomato rice.

It's kind of an "eat whatever" kind of night. I don't know what I'm doing yet. I have a chill from the window being open last night (forgot to make sure it was closed), so Ramen sounds good, but I don't feel like making it... so I don't know.
