I had things from the sink that should probably be washed in the sink rather than the dishwasher. So, I'll be doing that in a minute--I put hot water in the sink and I want it to cool down a bit before I stick my hands in it.
In the meantime, I can put away the clothes.
I hope that all is going well with you and that you're getting things done that you want to/need to in your part of myLot land!

Working on it, but then it's one of those days. Love having the sunlight.

Pouring hot water and leaving it for a while helps to get off the stubborn stains and grease easily. We don't have a dishwasher here. It's not very common here. We wash our dishes with hands.

I wash large things like pots and pans by hand. The dishwashers here in my apartment complex aren't the greatest, but they save time.

@xstitcher When I was in the US and other countries with dishwasher, I realised that dishwasher save time but do take a lot of energy. Also, pots and pans and the stubborn stains and grease are better washed with hands.
