And, I don't know why. Rain is the last thing we need right now. If I could send it elsewhere I would, but winter is coming so it's going to need to start cooling down. Which means fronts need to come in and bring the cold. I think Mother Nature just loves mocking us, too.
George stayed home from work Thursday because Hurricane Nicole made landfall in the middle of the night. While this occurred further south, the stronger storms covered our part of the state bring the worst wind and rain. He was not about to drive in that. Not that I could blame him. Now today I'm seeing overcast skies and rain. But more normal for us.

The crazy rain has become annoying here. We got so much rain in the last two years. We hardly got few bright sunny days in a row. The weekend was gloomy and raining. We have the prediction of rain in the next few days.

@arunima25 Me, too. It's covered by clouds, but there's actually sun. This is my favorite kind of weather. I don't like it when it's raining or when the sky is completely blue.

I normally love rain, but this is the worst time. At least those helping to clean up the beaches should not have to much trouble.

@kaylachan Let's hope that the rain is not much of menace. The sun is out today. We woke up to another damp morning with all night light showers. Iam happy to see the sun now.
