My day was somewhat smooth today, apart from my manager taang her demands and target standards with me. She has sent me a documented email for being 1 minute extra on break

She called me to discuss on same. Now I have started feeling like a Bot I can’t be late even for a minute. I wonder if this stress is only because I am working from home. Their standards and expectations just keep growing. For breakfast I had tea and some chips. Lunch I have had chicken and rice and we will be finishing the chicken and rice by dinner time. How is your day going so far?

@Archie0 I am sorry you were called out for being a minute late from your break. How do they know when you take your breaks if you work from home? I had a decent time out but right now they are missing something I wanted.

@Archie0 How many warnings do you get? Maybe you should start looking for a new job that you can also work at home but have a better boss. I am sorry that this is happening to you.
