The Spice Jet flights from Kolkata to Sri Lanka provide awesome food.

I travelled in Spice Jet flight from Kolkata to Chennai and then from Chennai to Colombo in Sri Lanka. The journey period was around 2 hours each. But awesome food is provided in Spice Jet ranging from chicken tikka to cake and parsle potato. For beverages there are choice of fruit juices like guava juice. There is good service including conduct of cabin staff.

4800 is quite a good and reasonable price for that much of distance.
I think the prices would have gone up now for sure.

Yes plus perhaps Airlines also need to cover up gradually for their past losses.
