National Unfriend Day is celebrated today!!

Hi guys, Hope you all are doing good. I am doing well. I have heard about this day for first time. Apparently, Jimmy Kimmel, the talk show host invented this day on 17th November, 2010 in order to protect ourselves from negativity that happens on social media platforms. There are lot of people across the world who have a very big friends list on social media platforms. From that so many are unknown to them or not being in contact since long time. People can Unfriend such persons if they are spreading negativity or trolling as that happens a lot nowadays in digital world. I really don't understand the point of having such long friends list on social media platforms if you don't know half of them, aren't in contact with them or lose touch with them. I have friends who are good friends, whom I know personally on social media platforms. I don't accept request from friends friend or from unknown people. Let's unfriend such persons who tries to spread negativity instead be with people who love, care and respect us. Let me know your thoughts about it. Have a good day! Take care!!
