Hope you all are doing good. I am doing well too.
As winters are approaching in India, the sugar cravings or yummy food cravings increases in our bodies.
Jaggery is made from Sugarcane juice and is said to have many benefits if consumed in portion control way. It's much better then Sugar.
Jaggery has lot of minerals and vitamins which are essential for maintaining good health. Vitamins like B12, B6, Folate, Calcium, Magnesium, Iron, Phosphorus, Selenium and Manganese.
It's a good source of protein as well. The different benefits of Jaggery are as follows:-
