I am always on the hunt for really awesome youtubers as my health does not allow me to be as active as I would like. I also love learning new things and seeing how others across the globe live and work and make their own lives better. Nissa is the creator of Our Small Footprint and what a fantastic journey she shares. She is raising a large family in the Australian outback and sharing that experience quite openly. Can you imagine feeding 8 or 9 people 2 to 3 meals a day, every day? In an outdoor kitchen? On grill tops, using wood and propane all the way? While home schooling? Raising chickens and gardening? I have shared a link below to just one of her videos. Enjoy if you've a mind to. She currently leads my daily dose of 'feel-good' videos. (I am not affiliated with this creator in any way, nor do I make any money whatsoever from YouTube. My only aim is to share a link to a channel I find very relaxing, informative and entertaining.)

While I am at Dixie´s, I watch a video from somewhere in Rumania, in the country. The couple plant their veggies, have pigs and fowl for meat and make the most incredible dishes with a few homemade utensils. Their dog wait patiently while they kill the animals as thay know that they will get part of the bounty. So different from us!!!

This is very great all that she does, I had a look over the video Nameless. Does she have a man helping her?

@Namelesss Yes, I am tough but of course aging, but I would not be able to do all that out there and all those kids without a man.

I cannot imagine feeding that many people. Reminds me of the family dinners we used to have at holidays. All the family are gone now. Thanks for the link.
