Turkey dinners-are you able to get some during the shortage?

Due to bird flu, I read there are shortages of turkeys which means less meals; How are folks here coping with the shortage and will you substitute turkey fro something else, like ham or chicke or smoked fish?

Probably will have ham here on Thursday. But nothing to do with bird flu. There were turkeys at the store but I prefer ham.

A shortage of turkeys won't affect my country people very much as they're not a traditional dish here.

I heard the stores here are okay with turkeys. My grandson brought me one yesterday. I might eat something else with the turkey, but I always have turkey on Thanksgiving and Christmas. I don't substitute.
