I emailed the l lady I interviewed last week, and as I kind of figured, I wasn't what they were looking for ("We decided to go in a different direction", was how she put it).
Oh, well--back to the job-hunting board. I'll let my old boss at the in-home daycare know I'm still available if needed.
God does things in His time, not mine.
