Midnight Cravings!! Eating Healthy at Midnight!!

Hi guys, Hope you guys are doing good. I am doing well too. I am sure most of us get Midnight Cravings especially as winters have started and we experience it when we are up till late night. Often we crave for something sweet and unhealthy stuff like Chips, Chocolates, Biscuits, Icecream etc. I am getting midnight Cravings recently. I do eat but have healthy stuff like dryfruits, wheat biscuits in control manner. Sometimes there is just "mouth hunger" as we are tempted to eat even though our tummies are full. It's important to differentiate between the two. I eat my favourite foods occassionally and in portion control way. It's important to take care of our bodies especially as we are ageing. I try to sleep in time so there is no likelihood of any mid night cravings.

I don't eat late at night. I go to sleep and thankfully don't wake up until morning.

Glad to know. I am up till 12-12:30. I have restricted myself not to eat at late night and am successful in it. Take care

@Rashnag It takes discipline. Then it becomes your routine. I never eat after 6:pm. It works for me.
