What do you do when you hear something fall in the middle of the night while you are in bed?

Yesterday I was in the bed and heard a loud sound and I wake up in the middle of the night...So suddenly i got afraid what was happened....The reason of the big sound was a coconut had fallen down straight into my car shed which is made up of steel frame., and that is why I got the sound which is louder than expected...So frightened. And you guys any experience during night times while you were sleeping.
