What do you do to become fit!?

Do u exercise everyday!? or balance diet!? what u prefer!?

I don't have much problems about it although I don't have a scheduled exercise to do everyday like going to gym but sometimes I do some push and sit-ups and play soccer with my friends or go to a walk. As for my diet I don't have many problems with it because I like almost everything and it's equilibrated.

I do both.the daily exercise/yoga/pranayama(simple breathing techniques)for an hour is a must for me.In addition to that, i play tennis three times a week for 2 hours each.some elliptical exercise also for 2 days a week.In addition to that i aply some restrictions on my diet also. mareover,I never take soft drinks like coke,pepsi etc as they are very hazardous to our body.does this look odd?but it is a fact.the chemicals contained in these drinks harm us all.I am a retired guy so, i have time to do all this but everybody must find little time daily totake care of their health and fitness.

Since I do not have a car I have to walk to the bus stop everyday to go to work and do I same thing when going home. I walk approximately 20 minutes a day. I also eat alot of fruits and vegetables to stay in shape.

I try to get a good workout in at least 3 times a week. I also try to eat healthy by staying away from high fat foods. Some of the things I do to workout is play raquetball, basketball and lift weights.

Balanced diet and exercise. Don't forget to drink a lot of water throughout the day. Exercise for at least a half hour each day--even if it is only taking a half hour walk. Balanced diet is very important.
