What I picked up

I mentioned in my last post that I went to the bank and "picked up a couple of things" as well as depositing the check my brother gave me. When I went into the bank, I noted that they had their "Giving Tree" (don't know what they really call it, but...) up. It's a Christmas tree with hearts on it that have different people's wishes on them. Last year, I got to grant a young man's wish. This year, I picked hearts of two young ladies, ages 13 and 19. On the heart are the things they'd like for Christmas-- #1-the thing they'd like the most, and #2-their second choice. I like to try to get both things. After all, "It is more blessed to give than to receive."
