Hi guys, Hope you all are doing great. I am doing good too. The Vistara Airlines in India is owned by TATA Group of Companies which is a reputed leading brand in India having it's presence in different sectors. It's in the news that Vistara Airlines is going to merge with Air India and the merger will take place till March 2024. The CEO of Vistara Airlines Mr. Vinod Kanan has send mail thereby ensuring over 4,700 employees " You don't have to worry about future. We are on this journey together and will emerge stronger at the end of it ". Vistara Airlines currently has 54 aircraft fleet which will increase to 70 by end of 2023. In today's world, where employees are getting lay off by big corporations. This type of assurance by the CEO is a thoughtful thing done by the company. He has ensured it's employees that the merger will be beneficial for the company as well as for employees growth, elevation and progress. Let me know your thoughts about it. Have a good day!! Take care!!
