2 December - What I'm Thankful for Today

I've been on the go since I posted this morning.
I'm thankful for the exercise class to get everything loosened up for the shopping workout today.
I'm thankful I got my laundry done at my son's. I visited with him for a little bit when I finished.
Between the washer and dryer, I went to Spectrum and Target.
I'm thankful that my brain kicked in as I stood in line at Spectrum. I thought I needed to bring the box back because the clerk told me Spectrum wasn't compatible with a Vizio TV so I didn't even think about trying to hook it up. As I stood in line I realized all I needed to do was connect the cable to the box and the HDMI to the TV. Yeah, I was with the agent for all of 30 seconds after waiting over half an hour in line. It was okay. My laundry wasn't ready to go in the dryer yet.
I'm thankful I went to Target after I got the clothes in the dryer. They had Clorox 2 I use in my colors. It's been discontinued. I grabbed two bottles and looked to see what I would be getting when it ran out.
After a visit with my son, it was on to Family Dollar.
I'm thankful I found most of the Christmas presents for the kids at church, some adults too. I still have more to get, but I'm at a loss for what to get them as they're tweens. I think I still need six presents between the children and adults. I also found the Secret Santa gifts for the gentleman whose name I picked. I hope they're good choices. I don't know him.
After Family Dollar it was on to groceries.
I'm thankful I got everything I need and still have money left on my OTC card. I also found a few more items for the kids.
Now, I'm home.
I'm thankful my neighbor's husband could help me get the cable box connected. So I'm all set now. And I'm exhausted.
I still need to eat and do the notifications. My plan to work on a book today won't materialize. I can work on it tomorrow. I told my son I will need a cover for Where Eagles Soar soon. I'm almost finished with this edit.
Okay, that's my day. It's 4:30 PM and I only had a small breakfast this morning, so it's time to eat and find out about your world. Thanks for reading. The image belongs to me.

Thank you. Sometimes, I just need to wait quietly and the answer comes.
I think it was my imagination, but I think I saw one snowflake when I was at Aldi. I hope it wasn't my imagination.
Clouds are okay when you need rain.
I'm sure they will too.

I'm thankful for the warm sun. It was a hot one, but that's okay. I still got out today which I'm also thankful for. We're working on more holiday decorations so there's that, too.

You certainly had a busy day. Glad you were able to accomplish as much as you did. Love you Christmas tree, very pretty.
I am thankful for our crock pot. I cooked a pork roast in it overnight, and made it into barbeque for supper. It was delicious and the crock pot made it easy.
