Stupid Netherlands.What Country is that? European countries so confusing to a American. Holland what country is that?
Dude you guys all over the place. Spanish, French, Viking. Pretty neat I think to have such history and shows how much we fought. I think its some kind of viking land. Love the Netherlands and just a game so they say. As long as freedom wins I do not care who wins and why its fun to watch.
I do feel bad for Iran, maybe we should just have lost to them so homies did not die and families did not die. They say it is just a game but is it? Many take it so serious and if you do not beat those evil people who disagree with our way of life you will see a pine box. There is a reason he is crying and its not because they lost a simple game.

Netherlands has always been good at football (soccer to you). But probably you could beat us all in your football.

Like my sister said USA did us proud. They so young too, its not our sport but these young fools coming, be prepared world. lol Handled themselves a lot better than our teachers teach us. They are the teachers now.

@marguicha I agree and kind of like Olympics. I never got it other than athletes because they work so hard I can see why they cry, but never get fans and outsiders, its just a symbol and changes my life nothing, but when people make it so serious it can change things and a culture and make even a evil empire rethink things.
Why the basketball thing, shut up and dribble is also so relevant. You the ones making it so important and if you a true person you should shut up and listen to them because you gave them that platform. They also earned it for all the crap they took getting there.

I didn't either. I was planning too but thought game was on Tuesday. My info person is gonna end up in a pine box. Oh well, they lost anyway, saved me some time. See, a silver lining in everything

Yeah they mentioned he was very vocal with how Iranian government is handling things and specifically with women so USA player that hugged him said you could feel how distraught he was after loss and hated he felt that way. Not much else you can do and kind of awkward to be in that situation., but reminds us maybe we should just be better people.

Hey, my parents were married in the Netherlands before coming to Canada. I watched the highlights of that game with pride and made the kids watch them too. The USA made it to the round of sixteen. Canada didn't and didn't even win a game. At least we scored a couple of goals. That's our best World Cup ever.

Yeah, soccer or football is not our sports. You guys have hockey, we have baseball American football and basketball. Its hard for us to compete in a sport that is all the rest of the world practices.
