Three Deliveries = Three Mistakes (But...)

In the last 24 hours! Yesterday, this guy brings the wrong cans. I specifically ask for 7.5 oz Dr. Pepper, and even click the SETTINGS and hit "No Substitutions" and because I know the people working there are contracted contracted, and sub-contracted. He said, "I just started. My girl got me into this." and just kept saying he didn't know to common basic questions. Today, a young woman claimed she entered 12 quantity when there was only 8. She said something about Shipt. It's like carrying water in a spoon around a circle to put out a fire when there's a hose next to them. "I have no accountability - I'm just the delivery driver" - "I'm just the _____" and "You have to call Corporate but I have no idea if that number exists. Look on your smart phone" (one I don't have). Anyway, she told me she'd come, and hopefully get part of it refunded. When a car pulls up, I like to peak. She was cute and seemed nice/shy. She kept thanking me for being understanding. If it was a guy, I doubt I'd be so understanding. I sent her a text telling her stress isn't worth all the money, and that I'd give her a 5-star review despite the "Try and call them" and it was the only time I did nod and agree - I'm not calling anyone. That's why I made the order! Don't have to leave my house, or talk to anyone. 10 minutes ago, I was expecting a wireless keyboard, since I broke mine out of frustration of these workers. She actually looked like someone I know, but once I realized it wasn't her, I opened it up, and discovered a soccer ball. Of course, she had to tell me, "Is that your name?" -- "Yes, but I was expecting a keyboard" -- "Isn't that what's there?" She said, "I'll just put it down as REJECTED" and I said, "Well, I just want my keyboard". The place is 4 miles away. She's going to talk to a higher-up for 3 hours instead of just doing the obvious. "But the system"... Technology seems to be mostly junk. If I was rich, I would order a pizza just to pay in cash and to get something delivered correctly. If I order some ginger, will I get a redhead at my door with the wrong delivery?

Good luck with you ginger order. I only order from websites, no food locally.

I also only order from websites, but they outsource every little thing. Thanks!
