I needed to, honest! I was listening to voice messages on my phone, and got one from a guy in the main office at my apartment complex, saying I had a "letter" waiting for me at the office. Uh oh, a letter? Why would it be at the main office? Was it a letter about my breaking their rules? Lease termination? My head went for the worst. So I put a mask on so I don't breathe on anyone, and headed to the office, before I got there, a lady who also works in the office was pulling out of her parking spot and called to me: "Are you going to the office?" Me: "Yes." "There's a card in there for you!" A card? So I went in, and another lady I knew in there handed me a red envelope. When I looked at it, I saw my name was spelled wrong, so I wasn't sure who it was. Once I got home and opened it, I saw it was signed "Elizabeth." There's only one Elizabeth here in the complex that I know, and she has two super cute pugs. I remember that I delivered a card to her the day I went out in the rain to--well, deliver cards. So, that's the fourth card I've received this year.
