Ranchi is a city of water falls.

Ranchi is a north Indian city situated in the Jharkhand. We found that there are many water falls in and around the city. There are hills in the vicinity. In the winter it is cold and temperature goes down to 7 degree celsius. The water falls look lovely from distance and the water is pure.

I haven't been able to visit the Dassam falls, but visited all the other falls there. Each of them were picturesque.

One of my friends is from Ranchi. He used to say that it gets quite cold during the winters but the summers mostly tend to be pleasant. May be the hills in the vicinity keep the temperatures in control. A nice share !
