Two Activities Accomplished In One Day

I have a meeting with the English Language coordinator today earlier today to discuss the data collection process. Thankfully she approved it. She asked me to list down the title, research objectives, nature of the study and the emphasis on confidentiality.
But no, I'm not talking about the upper one, but this one.
After I woke up, I went to the shower. I finished bath when one of the tenants that sleep next to my double-decker bed called me. "Hey, can I buy one of your medicine, please?"
I have been talking to this tenant for a while now, and she is the only person I am comfortable with. The medicine I meant was gastric medicine. When she mentioned about the medicine, I suspected her to have gastric so I only asked her if she has gastric or how. She said yes and she has vomited 2 times.
I asked her to get up and get ready right away. I asked her to bring a jacket because one of the effects when gastric attacks would be feeling cold. And I was right. The moment she stepped outside while waiting for the e-hailing car, she put on her jacket and said "cold" to me.
I took her to the campus clinic because I know that students' medications and treatments are free. She never went there before so she just follow me around. As soon as we arrived, the nurse asked her to stay there for a while, because she also cough, flu and fever. Doctors had to make sure she was tested before going for another treatment.
Since I cannot go in, I took the time to meet with the coordinator. It only took around an hour, and I went back to the clinic after an hour. By that time, she was already at the pharmacy to take the medicine. Magnesium trisilicate. Well, I know that one but that is not my dosage, I'm more into stronger ones. We then went back home and bought her porridge. Now she's sleeping by the time I finished typing this post, but I need to wake her up because she needs to eat and take medicine.

You are such a good friend Adie. The poor girl.
I guess I read she is a traitor? What happened?

@Adie04 Oh yes I see, so she was two faced..that is what we call a two face person.

@RebeccasFarm Yeah, I believe so. I just remember the word. Dishonest. Lol been trying to find the right terms since yesterday. Not really a betrayer, but she is not honest with herself and those who are trying to make friends with her. But I guess betrayer and dishonesty is still the right word I feel.

Yeah. I guess she is.
After we went back to the rental dorm, I asked if anyone knows that she is sick. She said no, and she doesn't want anyone know. So I said okay I won't tell anyone. And she won't tell anyone either and even if there's someone who is going to be busy body, she won't tell since she was swab tested before treated; she has cough, flu and fever symptoms before got gastric. Then I just blurted out "Then don't tell our neighbours either'. Then I ask her, did anyone message you about this? She answers no, only her parents called her in the morning. At first I believe her.
The 2 neighbours I meant was the two tenants that gave trouble to me last time, one sleeps above me and her friend which sleeps below this girl. We are sleeping on a double decker.
But then, after that two troublesome tenants arrived in the late evening right after I posted this, the troublesome tenant that sleeps below her asking how was she and all that. I felt so surprised because she said she won't tell anyone because she was embarrassed. But she happily answers her questions and I was wondering how and who told her she was sick.
I feel sad because she made me not to tell anyone, but instead she's the one that told that troublesome/busy body tenants that she was sick and got treated, as if she's asking for attention. I just felt betrayed.
Then, I went to the pantry kitchen to have dinner. The sick girl followed me and sit beside me to have dinner together. I already don't have the mood to talk to her. But I gather myself and ask her again. "Did anyone message you about your condition today?" And suddenly she changed her answer to yes. She said her neighbour tenant messaged her asking what happened to her and she replied!
I don't know whether to call her a traitor or a liar. But I guess one of the options is true.
