Goodbye, 2022.

Hey, everyone. I’m not going to have time to post tomorrow, and I’m playing the weekend by ear, so I’d rather just post this and my 2023 post now. 2022 had quite a few bright spots. I went to Ocean City, Maryland for the first time for a much-needed vacation. I had floor seats for New Kids On The Block for the first time, while attending the show alone, and interacted with one of the members face-to-face during the show. Of course, family time in the fall was a lot of fun, even on cooler nights. I also dealt with anxiety, grief, and my very first bout with Covid, and I had some bad vibes surrounding me at times (both online and offline), but I got through it. 2022 was also the year I started therapy for the first time in 10 years, and I’m to the point where I may not need it for much longer. And if that ever changes, I know how to find another therapist (as my current therapist is leaving anyway). I’m ready to push through to 2023 and make it a year about me, which I’ll elaborate in my next post. Did you all have a good 2022? Regardless, I hope you enjoy your 2023.
