Exercising daily is not easy

Since yesterday I started to exercise at home. I have to do this, but in the beginning I need to force myself. I feel very tired. I need physical exercises because my body has to be strong for what's next. I have to take care of myself because I need strenght. Do you exercise daily? If you exercise how do you feel?

I do stretching exercise and I walk for 20-30 min every day.

@dya80dya I think so. If you feel tired, you can start with doing some stretching exercise first.

I walk every day and I exercise. it helps me feel stronger and better. I take care of myself the best I can.

I do or try to, and you're right. When I started, I wanted to give up after a week, but now I feel restless if I don't do at least one workout a day.

Lazy or depressed. These two are different. Being tired all the time is a signal.

Everyone else in the family loves to exercise... and I pretty much hate it until I started to see that flabby skin on my arms. I'm losing muscle so that was enough to get me back into some kind of routine. I don't know how long it will take, but I exercise now every single day, and take the stairs whenever I can. And how do I feel?? I think that its getting easier and its becoming a habit now!!

Everyday I do street walking. 30 minutes in the morning and another 30 minutes in the afternoon. When I am done, I feel energized.

In this day and age, not it is not easy. We are all stuck indoors usually.
