Archbishop Gänswein was Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI’s secretary and right-hand man. He wrote a tell-all book, Nothing But the Truth, after the death of Pope Benedict, detailing his personal knowledge about the goings on in the Vatican, ranging from the ascetism of Benedict, is intellectual prowess and the tension between him and his successor, Pope Francis. I have not read the book personally, but it promises to be explosive.

Reading a book from one of the late Pope Benedict's inner circle should reveal a lot of the inside of the Papacy outside of the television cameras.
