I think women generally, however I've knew equaly amounts of men who are likely to water their eyes often! No shame in it either.

True! I think I would rather have a man who did cry shows he not afraid of his emotions and he is more sensitive and would be more sesitive to my needs and wants.

I think for the most part women are more emotional than men. However, men tend to hide their emotions so it's tough to say..

Women r more emotional than men....that's why they create a mess 4 each and every thing..........men won't take things seriously .......they take it in a go by manner...........so they will 4get any mess up or hostility and won't keep it in mind.
