How Far do you really trust Police Officers?

With all the news lately of them killing innocent people, im not sure if I could trust them to the full potential. I think the police force is losing the idea of what its supposed to be.

im not sure how far i would. i have not really thought about it. i think there are good ones out there and then i think that there are crooked ones out there.

Since I live in a small town everybody knows everybody so we are fairly safe. I lived in metro Nashville for 20 years and worked the night shift in ER. That seemed to be a hang out for cops since they often provided our security. Some of the stories they told would make your hair stand on end. I think all too often when they put on a badge they think they are superior to anybody and can do anything. On the other hand, I don't think we would want to try living without them.

i'll be honest i don't trust them one bit. i think its sad but true that they use their authority for their own benefit.
