Good evening myLot peeps. It's five thirty right now as I type this and I am gearing up to start cooking dinner. Since it will take about 45 minutes for it to get done.
Tonight we are having meatloaf, smashed potatoes with bacon and cheese and garlic bread. A good wholesome, stick to your ribs meal!
I was going to make taco bake tonight, but DT didn't have crescent rolls or refried beans, so I nixed that and gave she child the choice of what was for dinner. She got to choose from meatloaf or spaghetti and chose meatloaf. Thank goodness, because I am not a fan of s'ghetti.
I had the stomach flu once in highschool and exorcism puked spaghetti all over my bathroom!
Anyhoo. So that's what's for dinner tonight. What's going on in your neck of the woods?

@thislittlepennyearns Yum! My brother in law usually makes meatloaf. I don't remember what he puts in it, but I do know that I eat seconds lol.

Meatloaf is always a good idea. Mine doesn't even hav ethat much stuff in it, because Chris is picky. Just hamburger meat, egg, ritz cracekrs, ketchup and seasoning

I saw. Chris and she child wouldn't eat it, so I wouldn't even bother making it. However I am going to make fully loaded baked potato soup here soon

That sounds so good, April. I had a Fresh Express Sweet Kale salad, a Morning Star chicken patty sandwich, and steamed butternut squash for dinner.
