Shopping trip a success.

Today's shopping trip turned out to be a success. We found litter both at Petco, and then again at Aldi. We're stocked up on litter for a while, but I think we'll be using some today. You would think we have more than one cat, but that one cat has Kidney issues. So he fills up his box a little more than he used to. We also found margins on light bulbs, and my husband found things we'd been wanting. They were out of hand soap, but we found some at family dollar. So, successful in my book.
It amazes me how high prices have gotten so finding a good deal is a win/win.

Last vet visit, My husband and I were doing the math, and he's been with us sixteen years. He's not young, and chronic kidney issues are common in cats. Right now, it's being managed with food.

Glad you found what you wanted and yes, finding bargains is getting harder and harder, I got a shock today, I got a $15 gift card for Amazon and went to get dry cat food. I usually get packages with 4 packages of 3.5 lbs of dry food. I found the Friskis I usually order and bam, at checkout I see that those packages have a $45 shipping fee I kid you not, Like they were coming from Asia or someplace. I quickly deleted them and found the same four-package deal with Meow Mix and these were for $19 and free shipping and with my gift card it was great but boy, that sure shook me up, Whoever pays that shipping amount is not thinking right,
