Yes, to the plight of those with a disposable income. I never knew just how hard they have it. But thanks to a grown man on snapchat whining about how he cant afford to upgrade his phone to the newest one this offer round by Optus I now know how horrific it is to have a disposable income. Now I dunno the agony of not being able to upgrade my phone immediately so I am the most popular man-child at work. But I myself can't afford to do Uni this year for a post graduate degree unless I get a job. Why? Centrelink has decided that a post graduate gearing up to enter the workforce and become a specialist deserves $210 less than an 18 year old pot head that wants to do nothing with their life. Now that doesnt sound like much but to a graduate struggling to find work that may be the difference between eating and not eating... There is a reason Australia is losing skilled workers to places like Luxembourg...

I’m sorry about the situation you’re in. It doesn’t seem right that the system is set up the way it is. Sometimes things don’t make any sense at all.

Still no job. Work for the dole isn't terrible... Thought I would hate the repetitiveness of warehouse work but no the endorphins released by lifting heavy things and being on my feet is great.

@moffittjc "work" I get paid $20 extra on top of my dole payment per fortnight. If I am putting that under paid employment I may as well put mylot under "paid" employment.

Unbelievable how high the standard is now. A lot of post grads. I am just a bachelor graduate. In my mind I am gardening and planting food in my partner's lot. Good luck on your endeavors.

That is really sad about the pay. People are going to go where there is more money.
