This was a very interesting video about the risks of living in places. However, if you skip to 9:15 on the video there is a very interesting graph. It is a graph of the fasting growing metro areas between 2010 and 2023. I live in the fasting growing metro area. By a lot. Am I going to move? No, because I own my home. I know my city, I have lived here for 67 and a half years, I said my first words here. My friends are here. Do I love everything about my home town? No, but I love it more than many places I visit. Honestly, I love to visit friends, but coming home is always good. A visit is kind of a break from the work of owning a home. Yeah, there isn't a lot of work, but if you are visiting, someone else generally cooks, and drives you places and, often, even pays for food if you go out. But home is where you can shut the door and keep things out, even if you live with someone - which I do - you can shut your door and not answer it if you don't want to. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l_Oe6YK0DgE
