Saraswati Puja is the Puja given by Hindus to the Goddess of wisdom. There is lovely alpona or rangoli is given with rice husk. Houses are cleaned up. The mud idols of the Goddess are placed in parts of the house and the Goddess is offered flowers and fruits. Mantras are uttered to complete the puja with camphor and incense sticks.
