Crying

They say crying is good as it eases both physical and emotional pain. For some reason men do not cry atlest in the open. It is established men do not cry How wrong they are When it is said crying is good then why should men shy away? I saw my husband cry when he lost his mother. Surely there must have been umpteen reasons or occasions to cry but I did not see him cry Do men in your life cry - atleast in your presence? Image credit:

In ten years I have only seen my husband cry twice and same with my first husband only twice in 8 years. I hate crying in front of others but it is hard to hold back sometimes.
