The 80s

Any 80s kids here?
The eighties was definitely a different kind of generation. As with any era, there was good and bad. Maybe I am partial, but I think the 80s was one of the best generations. We were vocal and noticeable. The hair and the clothing were definitely impossible to miss.
The thing I loved most about the eighties was I got to vote for Ronald Reagan as president, I got married, and the movement to return to Christian family values.
There are things about the eighties that I like then, but would never want to see again: the big hair, shoulder pads, moon boots, parachute pants, and jam shorts.
What about you? What did you love or hate about the 80s?

I was born in late seventies. So, I am close to the eighties generation. Eighties were fun, some really cool fashion and definitely the timeless golden music of Bollywood. The music is still so much loved.

@arunima25 My favorite band of all time is a Christian rock band that was popular in both the 70s and 80s- Petra.
