Friday night plans called off / myLot

Well this suck! My husband and I had planned to go to a couples party on Friday night this week Feb 10th. Well we found out last night that it go called off. Not enough people going to be showing up for them to host a party. So I'm not sure what me and my husband are going to do. We are of course are going to tell my parents that are plans are gone. So I guess we will just winging it and make a normal date night while the kids have asleep over.

AW, I am sorry, but the good news is you still have someone to watch the kids and that means you and your husband can still have a date night. Maybe you could do something the 2 of you have never done before to make the evening extra special?

I think a swinger party would have been better but it is what it is. There isn't much to do around where we live that isn't coasting and arm or a leg. We thought about going to the movies but nothing is playing we want to see without the kids. So right now it's going to be just the two of us hanging out, having dinner and a little alone time.
