When Friends Become Family

Have you ever had a friend who was more like family? My best friend is more like family than some of my blood family. My second daughter is pregnant with her second child. She and her husband lost their first baby. She was stillborn. They are now expecting another little girl. My best friend called me and wanted the two of us to give my daughter a baby shower. My friend poured so much love and money into this event. We wanted everything to be perfect. I thank God for this friend. She loves my kids like her own. God truly gifted me when he brought her into my life.
