I wanted to make something I haven't made in a few weeks and realized we had everything to be able to make it. Which is always a good thing. The other day we got two bags of frozen roasted Tyson chicken from Snack Guy for $1.75 each. So I grabbed one of those, and threw it in a pan on the stove with some chicken broth, seasonings and bbq sauce. Cooked it, then added some more bbq sauce. To go with it I cooked some rice with chicken broth and seasonings. I used one bag of the chicken $1.75 bbq sauce, broth and seasonings, butter etc $.50 Rice $0.50 Total for dinner for 3 people $2.75 or about $0.91 per person. Not too shabby if you ask me.
