I´ve been wanting to go to the beach. The beach is one of my favorite destinations. I´ve gone to the beach several times. The last time I visited a town beach was in 1999. I went to Acapulco and stayed for 15 days. I walked by the main avenue, visited some nightclubs, and ate by the beach restaurants. I also met some new people.
I did not stay longer because, after a few days, everything seems like repeatable.
I´m planning my next trip to the beach soon. I´d like to go to Mazatlan. I visited Mazatlan 30 years ago and I liked it. In the present, I´ve read that this city beach has developed and has more attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants to visit
Mazatlan is my next vacation destination

I just got home from a vacation! Where to next? Probably the Smokies for spring.

That is a very fantastic trip. I have always liked the mountains. You can do so many activities in the mountains if you have the right equipment; camping tent, boots, boat, flashlight, etc...
How many days do you plan to spend at the Smokies?
What activities would you do?

@FourWalls That is a good activity. I would do the same. Watch the waterfalls and read or walk

Camping is an adventurous kind of trip. I camped once by the beach; I only stay one day but I had lots of fun.
Two camping trips seem very great for unstressing the mind and body.
What activities are you going to do while camping?

@quantum2020 We will do a little hiking on the trails in the park, go for walks on the beach, eat at our favorite restaurants, and enjoy some relaxation in our campsite.

My desire is to go back to my hometown somehow to see my childhood home.

That is a very good desire. I accomplished that when I was in my 30s. I went back to the place where I spent most of my childhood and everything I experienced that day was like reviving experiences from the past

Thanks. I will enjoy my trip to the beach. There are a lot of activities to do to keep one amused all the time

@thebos That is an amazing trip. There is a park near where I live and there´s lots of wildlife there. I enjoy going there.
