When meal deliveries go wrong...

We ordered delivery last night from a place that always gets orders right. But this time, they brought soda with sugar instead of diet. Then, the hot wing sauce was supposed to be on the side, but instead the wings were swimming in it. We paid extra for a side of ranch but got blue cheese instead. I can't eat it because I'm allergic to mold. Then, they didn't put green peppers on the pizza which were also paid extra for. Although we weren't trying for this result, the service gave back all but $6 of what we paid. We still enjoyed it. We just don't like so many things being wrong when we paid for those things.

You have to remember, we're all human and there could've been reasons why so much went wrong in your order. Someone else could have ordered something close, and the driver picked up the wrong one.

That is something that has happened, but if a store doesn't have diet soda, then let the customer know. Don't just assume that regular soda will be just fine. I'm diabetic. It's not just fine.

Yeah, things like that do really happen. I've experience something similar too, its such an inconvenience for me.

I'm sorry to hear that they sending it to you wrong. Hopefully after this, you can get what you order It's quite depressing how a service can neglect our orders. Been there as well, so I feel you as I'm also allergic in foods
