Yesterday I signed up for the gym, another step in losing weight. I tried for two months to get my diet under control. It is not good but it is better than the beginning of the year. Baby steps right? I gained weight by the end of January and maintained that weight through February. I had planned to work out at home, but I don't have a space and who can work out when other people are demanding your time. So I signed up for a gym membership so I could go have peace while I work out for a half hour or so. The gym membership is at the hospital and is a 24 hour membership. So I wont have any excuse for not working out and with it only being $20 a month it is only $1 a day if I just work 5 days a week. Are you still working on your New Year's Goals? Do you need to lose weight? If so how are you doing on your journey?

I can imagine how hard that can be, my daughter tried all through high school to gain weight. She finally achieved her goal after having a baby.

That's wonderful that you have a gym membership to lose weight. I have a membership and swim as often as the weather allows. I'm working on losing weight. I walk and ride the bike in the community room at the complex where I live.
