I renewed my lease for another year. In May I'll start my third year of living here.
Hopefully, I'll start that job at the Coast Guard Training Center daycare one day soon, as of course my rent went up.
I like it here at this apartment complex--it's really convenient to getting places, and there are nice people (plus lots of dogs).
So, I'm here for the duration.

Congratulations on renewing your lease for another year. Glad it's a nice complex. Sad the rent went up, everything is getting so costly!
