Two of My Favorite Things

As I mentioned in the previous post, my husband and I finally got some beach time. Spending time at the beach is one of my favorite things. One of my other favorite hobbies is reading. I stay so busy taking care of and teaching kids that I have no time to enjoy my favorite activities. I am thankful for the privilege of teaching my students, and I would not change that. However, it felt so good to be able to relax in the sun and catch up on my reading. Although, I did not get as much reading done as I had planned, it sparked my reading fire again. I am trying to make time at the end of each day to read just a bit. A little is better than nothing at all. And this book I am finishing up needs to be read by every American. It is an exposure of hypocrisy, corruption, and greed. It is an eye-opener for any who have blindly accepted false narratives from the powers-that-be.
