Are S2/S3 graduates more difficult to find work than S1 graduates?

VERY TRUE for now. The fatal mistake of master's education in Indonesia at this time is to allow fresh graduate S1 graduates to immediately study S2. In the past, I was (before 2005) the requirement to be able to study a master's degree was that I had to work / professional for at least 5 years and could be proven to be official. At that time, it was not surprising that those who wanted to study for S2 at least had the rank of supervisor - manager. So there is a safe fail for work. They go to college again for a higher career path. Now it's not like that. Many S2 graduates are stupid (having no work experience). In the past, I graduated from S1, the stamp was not dry, I was able to register for a master's degree. When I graduated, I had no work experience at all. Business owners / recruiters are also confused, where to put their position to. So supervisor what is a direct manager, no experience. Can be damaged by business. If you want to be given an entry level job / management trainee like S1, how come it's overspek, asking for it's expensive. It's better to refuse. If you're annoying, you have to follow the same salary as S1. Recruiter is also happy, like getting the latest BMW for the price of a capsule antelope. Dilemanya there, so it's no wonder why the S2 market is for new entry jobs, now (2023) the standard salary has dropped drastically almost the same as S1. Because overspek and zero work experience. In the aftermath, he became an admin or academic at his beloved alma mater.... ?? S2/S3 only works well to find a job to a higher career path and become an academic, not for a new entry job.

I feel that nowadays, people have to make their own jobs. If you studied in a certain field, then go out and figure out a problem that people have in that field, and find a solution that you can provide. Then you become a resource for people who have the problem. Don't rely upon others to find you your path in life.
