Been getting them moe often as I age. Tylenol or aspirin does the trick but never really had them before age 45 or so. They tend to happen when i get up from sleep and after dreaming. I can remember the dream for maybe 2-3 minutes then it goes away then the headache starts. I can only assume is aging thing.

My migraines started that way. I would wake up with a medium headache, then off and on all day. A Neurologist finally diagnosed chronic migraines. I tried lots of meds that didn't help and now I get Botox injections every three months that really help. Hope you can find some relief. Be careful, though with OTC pain meds because you can get rebound headaches from those.

You need to ask your Doctor about the headaches. You should not be getting them every day.

It depends on the type of headache you are having. Knowing what kind can really help with how to relieve them. Now if you slowly narrow it down. Like your drink coffee or have chocolate and your headache goes away then you need more caffeine. If you eat something with sugar or just food in general, you probably had a headache because of low sugar or blood sugar from not enough food. You can also take a nap or go to sleep in the dark that means you're tired or had a Mingren starting. with any of these you can take pain reliever I also take pain reliever and go to coffee or chocolate because a lot of times for me it's a caffeine headache. Last night I had one because my period is coming so I need a chocolate pick up.

Usually, I would take paracetamol first. Then sleep and drink plenty of water.

Hello! Consult a doctor to determine the cause of your headache, and try to modify your lifestyle to reduce its frequency and intensity. If your headache occurs regularly, it is recommended to see a doctor for a more thorough examination and treatment.

yeah, its not every day but I do get them more often than before I turned 45 or so. The tylenol does do its job. I do eat before I sleep but not for caffeine.

@dsawan It seems like you are experiencing age-related headaches that may be related to the aging process of the body. However, before taking Tylenol or any other medication, it is important to consult with a doctor and undergo medical examination to rule out the possibility of other medical conditions. Also, it is important to pay attention to sleep, diet, and stress levels, as these factors can worsen headache symptoms. If headaches become frequent, it is best to seek medical advice from a doctor.
